Ms. Deliesha (Lisa) Stewart, joined the Gateway Team in October 2016 as the Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining the Gateway Center, Ms. Stewart served as the Manager of Accounting & Operations for Society of Interventional Radiology in Fairfax, VA.  Ms. Stewart comes to the Gateway Center team with a wide range of experience and acumen in tax and general accounting; grant reporting; and  business office management and oversight. Ms. Stewart strives to promote professional development of staff, recognizing that each individual has a responsibility to contribute to the success of the organization’s mission.  Ms. Stewart has demonstrated a high commitment to community service during her professional career.  In addition, Ms. Stewart understands the connection between sound financial management and an organization’s ability to expand as needed to respond to the changing needs of clients served; promote social change; and the ability to collaborate with partners.

Ms. Stewart is a native of South Bend, Indiana, she earned a B.A. in Business Management, with a minor in Organizational Leadership from North Central College, in Naperville, IL and an M.B.A from the University of Phoenix, Schaumburg, IL  In addition, Ms. Stewart is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Incorporated.
