Kali Franklin joined AMB Sports + Entertainment in December 2017. As the Director of HR Operations, she leads a team of six and is responsible for the day-to-day people processes that fuel the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United and Mercedes Benz Stadium. Over the course of a sixteen-year Human Resources career, she’s proven to be a strategic partner who is results oriented, influential, and collaborative in approach. Her professional background includes successful assignments within a small family business, on the operations and supply chain side of a national retailer, instrumental in launch of a new business division for a global technology company and most recently, functional leader for a company that hosts some of the world’s largest events.

Kali is an Atlanta native and alumni of Georgia State University and UGA. Engaged to her childhood sweetheart, Wali Bashir, they call Midtown Atlanta home and enjoy city-living with their Cocker Spaniel, Spartacus.
