Kashi Sehgal
Kashi Sehgal is Founder & CEO of Gigabark, a mobile solutions company focused on innovative and authentic relationship building with stakeholders through calls, texts, emails, and custom solutions. She is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Forethica –an ethics consulting company making the world more actively ethical. During the pandemic in 2020, she Co-Founded Retaaza –a social impact food solutions company rethinking the local supply chain. Previously, Kashi served as Director of Strategy and Business Development for Manipal Group, a large Indian conglomerate with an array of business interests across media, manufacturing, education, fintech, healthcare, printing, home goods, and more. Before that, she served as Director of Strategic Initiatives & Business Development, a position created just for her, for IG Design Group, a global UK-based company that specializes in design and celebrations products. Between both companies, she ran strategy across digital, design, e-commerce, supply chain, and manufacturing. Kashi was also a consultant at Accenture where she worked with both government and Fortune 100 clients in areas such as visioning, gap analysis, cost reduction, communication plans, training, performance measurement, incentive structures, and more. She also has experience in strategic planning and growth strategy –especially with startups, early-stage companies, and non-profits. She has started and helped to start several non-profits including Music For Tomorrow which provided financial assistance to jazz musicians affected by Hurricane Katrina and provides economic opportunities around the country –now housed with the Afro Cuban Jazz Alliance. Kashi is Founder & Executive Director of SuperNova South, the largest, most accessible, and most inclusive multi-disciplinary tech and innovation conference in the Southeast. She works with the Campus Community Partnership Foundation as Executive Director which provides supplementary educational experiences for college and K12 students that enhance and complement their classroom learning. The Mentor Walk program gives K12 students hands-on school and career-based opportunities to inspire them to stay in school and dream bigger for their futures. Kashi is actively engaged in the Atlanta community serving on various boards such as 48in48, Ripples of Hope, and Emory University’s Center for Ethics where she is developing their technology and ethics practice. She has served on other boards such as Andrew J. Young Foundation Advisory Council, Amplify4Good, WonderRoot, Fulton County Career & Technical Education, WINGS for Kids, Georgia’s WIN List and with groups such as the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s Mobile and IoT Leadership Councils, Atlanta Regional Commission’s Innovation & Education Committees, WABE’s Amplify Committee, The Lovett School’s Sustainability Committee, Advice For Good, and ChooseATL. Kashi also serves as a mentor, advisor, and investor to entrepreneurs and companies globally personally as well as through programs such as Techstars.
